The Problem No One Talks About

Winning the judgment
is step one. Collecting is step two.

Most people assume that once a judge rules in their favor, the money follows. It doesn't. Courts issue judgments — they don't enforce them. The responsibility to collect falls entirely on you, the winning party. And without the right strategy, most judgments go unpaid for years — or forever.

~80%
of civil judgments are never collected. Not because they can't be — but because most winners don't know how to enforce them.
Years
Judgments can sit dormant for years. In most states they remain valid for 10+ years and can be renewed — meaning it's rarely too late to act.

Here's what nobody tells you after you win:

  • The court will not contact the debtor on your behalf or compel payment automatically.
  • Without enforcement action, the debtor has every incentive to simply ignore the judgment.
  • Wage garnishment, bank levies, and liens must be filed and managed by someone — that someone needs to be you, or a team acting on your behalf.
  • Most people don't pursue collection because they don't know where to start — not because the money isn't there.
  • The gap between a judgment and a check in your hand is a process problem. And process problems have solutions.
What We Do

Strategic enforcement.
From filing to recovery.

We are not a collection agency. We are a case management and enforcement coordination firm. We build a strategy around your specific judgment, manage every step of the process, and stay in your corner until the work is done.

Case Management
We review your judgment, assess collectability, and build a clear enforcement strategy tailored to your debtor's specific situation — assets, income, and location.
Court Filing Coordination
We coordinate the filing of necessary enforcement documents — abstract of judgment, writ of execution, and other required filings based on your jurisdiction.
Enforcement Strategy
Wage garnishment. Bank levies. Property liens. We identify the most effective enforcement path for your case and execute with precision — not guesswork.
Oversight & Follow-Through
We don't file and disappear. We track progress, respond to complications, and follow through until funds are recovered or all options have been exhausted.
The Process

Four steps from intake
to recovery.

We keep things clear and straightforward. Here's exactly what happens after you reach out.

1
Submit Your Case Intake
Complete our confidential intake form with your judgment details — case number, court, debtor information, and what you know about their assets or employment. The more we know upfront, the faster we move.
Takes about 5 minutes
2
We Review & Build Your Strategy
Our team reviews your submission within 1–2 business days. We assess collectability, check statute of limitations, identify debtor assets, and present you with a clear, honest picture of your options and the best path forward.
1–2 business days
3
Filing & Enforcement Begins
Once you're ready to move forward, we coordinate all necessary filings and initiate enforcement — whether that's a judgment lien, wage garnishment, bank levy, or a combination. We handle the paperwork, the coordination, and the follow-up.

Recovery & Disbursement
When funds are collected, they're disbursed properly and transparently. You receive 90% of what's recovered. Our 10% success-based fee is deducted only upon collection — because our incentive is perfectly aligned with yours.

Judgment Enforcement & Recovery

One clear fee structure. No hidden costs. No percentage taken unless we actually recover funds on your behalf.

Setup Fee
$499
One-time · Split into 2 payments available
Covers case review, strategy development, filing coordination, and full case management from intake through enforcement initiation.
Success-Based Fee
10%
Of amount recovered · Only paid if we collect
A small percentage of recovered funds, charged only upon successful collection. You keep the remaining 90%. If nothing is recovered, no additional fee is owed.

Why this structure? We believe your recovery team should have skin in the game. The $499 covers our operational costs to begin your case. The 10% success fee means we're invested in the outcome — because our result depends on yours. Most clients recover significantly more than the fees involved.

Court filing fees, where required, are separate from the $499 flat fee and are determined by the jurisdiction. You will always be notified in advance before any filing cost is incurred.

Need to split the setup fee? We offer a 2-payment option — $249.50 upfront and $249.50 before enforcement begins. Mention this when our team reaches out after your intake review.

Note on court filing fees: Depending on the jurisdiction and enforcement method required, court filing fees may apply. These are separate from the $499 flat fee and are set by the courts — not by Empyrean Wealth. We will always notify you of any anticipated filing costs in advance, before any action is taken, so there are never any surprises.

Why Not a Collection Agency?

You have options.
Here's why this one is different.

Traditional collection agencies serve a purpose — but they're not built for judgment enforcement. They work on volume, charge heavily, and typically lack the strategic coordination your case deserves.
