Refund Policy

Effective for All Subscription Plans
Empyrean Agency strives to provide high-quality, reliable design services. Due to the nature of digital subscription services, refunds are subject to the following conditions:
1. 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Clients may request a full refund within seven (7) calendar days of the subscription start date only if no design requests have been submitted or worked on.
If no design requests are submitted during this period, a full refund will be issued.
2. Prorated Refunds
(Days 1–15)
If design requests have been submitted or fulfilled, refunds within the first 15 calendar days of the subscription period will be prorated based on:
Time elapsed in the billing cycle
Work completed up to the date of the refund request
Refunds are calculated fairly and issued at Empyrean Agency’s discretion.
3. Non-Refundable After
Day 15
Refund requests submitted after the 15th calendar day of the subscription period are non-refundable, regardless of usage.
4. No Retroactive Refunds
Refunds will not be issued for:
Partially used months beyond the stated policy
Delays caused by client inactivity
Dissatisfaction after substantial work has been approved and delivered
5. Cancellation
Clients may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund.
