1. Overview of Services
Empyrean Agency provides subscription-based graphic design services (“Services”) offered on a monthly basis. Services include unlimited graphic design requests and revisions, completed one request at a time, with an estimated 24–48 business hour turnaround per request, subject to complexity and queue volume.
Empyrean Agency does not provide web development, coding, backend implementation, copywriting, SEO, or technical operations unless explicitly agreed to in writing as a separate add-on service.
2. Subscription Model
Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically unless canceled.
Clients may submit unlimited design requests; however, only one active request is worked on at a time.
Turnaround times are estimates and not guaranteed deadlines.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide clear, timely, and accurate design instructions
Respond to revision requests within a reasonable timeframe
Use the Services for lawful business purposes only
Delays caused by incomplete information or inactivity may affect turnaround timelines.
4. Fair Use & Abuse Policy
Empyrean Agency reserves the right to monitor usage to ensure fair use of the Services. Excessive, abusive, or unreasonable usage that exceeds typical business needs may result in request pacing, temporary pauses, or termination of service at Empyrean Agency’s discretion.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment of the applicable subscription period, the client receives full rights to the final, approved design deliverables. Empyrean Agency retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Termination
Empyrean Agency reserves the right to suspend or terminate services at any time due to abuse, violation of terms, or non-payment. Clients may cancel their subscription at any time subject to the Refund Policy outlined below.
