Using this Site

These Terms apply to your use of empyreanwealth.co, operated by Empyrean Wealth LLC, doing business as Empyrean Agency ("Empyrean," "we," "us"). By using the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Our services

Descriptions, plans, and prices on the Site are for general information. Prices shown as "from" are starting points; the final scope and price of a project are confirmed in a written proposal or service agreement. Services are delivered under that agreement, and its terms control if they differ from the Site.

Payments and subscriptions

Monthly plans and subscriptions are billed through our client portal. Please review your plan details and the cancellation terms in your service agreement before purchasing.

Partner professionals

Some services, including legal assistance and tax preparation and bookkeeping, are provided by independent partner firms. Empyrean Agency is not a law firm or an accounting firm, and content on this Site is not legal, tax, or financial advice.

Intellectual property

The Site, including its text, design, logos, and images, belongs to Empyrean or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Ownership of work we create for clients is set out in each client agreement.

Testimonials and case studies

Reviews and case studies reflect the experiences of individual clients. Results vary and are not guaranteed.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Empyrean is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

Refunds and cancellations

Refund and cancellation terms for each service are set out in your written proposal or service agreement. If you have a question about a charge or would like to discuss a refund, email info@empyreanwealth.co and we will respond within a few business days.

Mobile messaging

If you opt in to receive text messages from Empyrean, we will use your mobile number only for the purpose you agreed to, such as appointment reminders or service updates. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. We do not sell or share mobile numbers for marketing by third parties.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
